It's a big hotel right next to the coast in Riviera Maya, although the beach is not great, rooms are regular quality and clean, service is not great, they will lie to your face and tell you what you want to hear but they will not go out of their way to compensate for bad service. Getting in and out of the hotel to visit other places in Riviera is a nightmare, you will spend at least 2h of your vacation time just to get from your room to the parking lot.
