Absolutely the worst!! Don't believe anything they say without it in writing (and even then they will change it). I talked to the Internet rep and a salesperson to verify the online price and a trade in estimate. I confirmed the numbers with them several times as I live an hour and a half from the dealership. After going there they wouldn't honor the price quoted and dropped $3000 off of the trade in. The trade in is less than 3 years old and is in very good condition all of which was discussed before going out. They definitely do not want educated customers so do your homework. The sales manager just tries to make excuses for the lies. He said that his used car manager didn't even look up what the trade in was worth before telling me how much it was worth. Either the used car manager is completely incompetent, or they flat out lied. I guess they assumed I would just take anything. I wasted a whole night for nothing. If you still choose to go there, don't say you weren't warned. Wanted to give 0 starts but the review won't let me.
