2 stars because I was happy with the review in the emergency room. On the other hand, the Department of Internal Medicine, a different story. My cat was old, diagnosed with hyperthyroidism and full of nodules in the throat. The vet already knows that it is cancer, it is marked in BIG but they manage to make you cling to a very small hope by not pronouncing any annoying word and the perpetual "we will proceed to other exams and blah blah ". I went on a meeting with the cardio to know if a biopsy is possible, then after biopsy, analysis, treatment ...... All along this way you are lightened of your money and all this eagerness to win 1-2week of life.
I did not try to recontact them because they will drown me in a medical mumbo jumbo that will make sense but for me the duty of a veto is to propose the options, a cat who is 12 years old with a very aggressive cancer it is not useful strictly for nothing to stress him more by useless examinations.
End of the story, I had to go back to my vet in the north because impossible to find one of honest in idf (I'm in my 5th vet) who looks at the results of analysis and then asks me What I want to know, I answer him that I want a real diag and my options, he answers me "Well it's cancer but that they know it since lgtps, your cat has for 3 weeks max and if you had continued in their delirium you would have had for 3 000. And the only reasonable solution for your cat is to make him sting even if I propose this solution as a last resort but then the cancer is too aggressive. In one sentence this professional summed up the work ethic of veto - a diag + treatment options.
Message to vetoes or vet students: review of my adventure, this veto has a packed room of customers FIDELES. Your teachers or your experience did not teach you b.a. -ba trade. Let me summarize: CAPITALIZE on a loyal clientele, fill the need for satisfaction of your customers and MAXIMIZE your profits. Run after the small winnings and you will have a slew of customers like me who runs after his 6th vet and is now ready to do 300km just to have his beast treated properly because it is well worth it and especially it is cheaper! !!
Another point of experience that I learned, remember to ask your vet who gives you a prescription how much each drug costs and if there is a cheaper one. For here is another practice you charge an expensive medoc while there is a cheaper and just as effective.
You gather in your establishment young people who adore the animals and they come out for the most part !! Bourgelat would not be happy at all.
However nothing to complain about the kindness of the staff, you are relieved of qq euros but tactfully.
