It was a pleasure doing business with The Arts Music Store. I found out about them off the PRS authorized dealers website. The customer service was above and beyond. I even got communication after hours. Shipping was prompt and extremely well packaged. Communication continued after the sale was made and the package shipped to make sure things worked out.
