Good experience overall as far as service rep Thomas he was very professional and patient even though I did become a bit frustrated due to the long wait. The wait times for basic services i.e tires, oil changes can afford to be reduced especially since we are in a pandemic it s difficult to have to wait for your car to be serviced in a room full of strangers for hours with even with an appointment. Although we do have the option to leave the car that is not always ideal.

I think appointment scheduling can use some tweaking, it s seems like the place is typically overbook with appointments and walk ins and the service technicians can t handle the crowd efficiently and timely.
