Bar only: Service is like molasses. Need to gracefully replace the quaint dinosaurs behind the bar. Drinks are as strong as they are expensive. Convenient for people that work downtown and don't need to park. Cool, historical atmosphere. Definite old money Austin/capitol vibe.
