Customer Service is BAD! It is not simply unprofessional, but rude. Be very careful before ordering tickets, because if you will simply find a better seat they will refuse to exchange them. In other words, Metropolitan Opera is just another "money taker" who does not care about their customers. It is very sad, that in place where culture and intelligence have to be cherished, attitude and discourtesy at it's bloom. Shame Metropolitan Opera!
