We dropped our car off for service. It took 1.5 weeks to have it worked on (although it was supposed to be 2-3 days). We were told we would get a rental car covered by Hyundai for the originally quoted 2-3 days it would require. They never provided a rental car as promised. Nor did they call us with updates like they promised. I had to call them to find out what was going on. The only plus was that everything was free because we had an extended warranty from Hyundai to cover the problem parts. I love Hyundai and have owned 3 Hyundai vehicles. The service department here is not the best and unfortunately they're the only dealer in the area. In the end, if you get the chance, use Hyundai but consider going somewhere else if you want great customer service.
