I ordered a quartz counter top at Menard's in St. ...
I ordered a quartz counter top at Menard's in St. Peters Missouri back in March 2016, it has come in broken to the store 4 times.
I am waiting now for Menard's to deliver the 5th order now. I have been waiting 2 hours for this delivery.
Menard's has really poor customer service.
I haven't been able to use my kitchen 100% since March.
Menards tells me I have to write a letter to Corp. Office.....Really..
The GM should be taking care of this situation and I should not have to write a letter or write a review. Like the letter or the review will get anyone's attention.
it came and it is damaged, they want us to keep and send a glue kit out to fix it.
Part on the counter top was left from last time and Menard's wants it back, but i'm not sure the new one deliver today is right until the installer gets here.
i did not give the part of the counter top back to the delivery people and now they want to charge the delivery people or send a Police offer out to get the counter top.
This GM guy Matt is nuts, he is poor representation of a company and he gets by treating customers poorly. We asked for his boss to call us but he said I am as high as you are going to get.
