The hotel has very large pools and good size villas. However, no room has even a partial view of the sea. The distances to travel to get from one place to another are ridiculous, and since the hotel is in the middle of nowhere, there is no other viable option but to stay here. Some of the villas are 20 minutes walk from the beach. You have the option of waiting for a golf cart to pick you up, but there are different routes that are unclear and take a long time to arrive, so it is simply easier to walk. For such an expensive hotel, it's ridiculous. The staff is very friendly and the fauna very interesting. The beach is difficult as the entrance is stone and not sand, so access to the sea is almost impossible.
Given the options elsewhere in Riviera Maya, I would not recommend this place.
