Buyer beware. False advertising and horrible customer service. I purchased a used vehicle a few months ago during the appointment only time. Vehicle was advertised with working options. I had questioned the salesperson several times regarding these options as that was the reason for interest in the vehicle. I was never told these options did not work in the vehicle - one being the NAV system. When I got the vehicle home and tried to set it up, after hours of research and contacting the system provider and the manufacturer directly, I was told the system was defective and needed to be replaced. I tried to contact the dealership several times, with no response and was finally told they do not check navigation systems - so then why advertise a working system??? I even asked about it 3 times before buying (since I've never had a NAV system). I have also contacted the dealership regarding another item, called spoke to a person who was supposed to email me documentation by the end of the day, never did. Followed up with an email, no response. Guess my money is not good enough for them - never buying from the again and will never recommend them to anyone. Terrible experience.

In response to your reply below, I have tried several times to speak with you to work things out. You have my information and number so if you really care, you would reach out to me. I'm tired of calling you and getting nowhere and the run around. If you want to do right, I'm here. I'm not looking for anything other then what I was told/sold.
