Super complex, but very poor service. At the beach...

Super complex, but very poor service. At the beach we were not attended to until we complained. Roon service 1:40 minutes ...... Slow transfers very slow.
Surely they cut staff with the fall in tourism, at least that is what it seems. See you never.
