I went in only for a oil change and my appt wast at 9:20am. The guy George was very friendly and did try to help . t noon I asked what was the deal on my car come to find out they didn't even start on. George went back to them and then came back to me and said they working on it now and said he passed the info to someone else cuz he was going to lunch.

My service advisor usually is Preston. I like him he's very caring and does everything to help. I went to the front again again cuz again. O word on my car. This time Preston heard and came to my aide. Asked me what happened and he was also shocked
ThAt they didn't start my car by this time is already 2:30. 2:45 I get my car. But no free service check was done , wash , nothing. They were apologetic and I didn't pay for the oil
Change. Don't know what the disconnect was in the communication piece but I wasn't happy.

I do thank Preston and George for everything they did to help.
