A horrible experience! Missed deadlines, failed to provide updates....constantly had to follow up and chase for updates. Never felt like they had my best interest at heart...felt more like a burden! Brought up my concerns to owner...no change. In the end decided to get different representation.

If I could have given a negative star rating I would.
