Awful customer service. It was difficult getting a...

Awful customer service. It was difficult getting a shuttle that we had already paid for from the airport. The customer service representative said she took down our number for the driver to call when he arrived at the airport. After an hour of waiting at the airport and numerous calls, we were finally picked up with apologies from the shuttle driver. He said that our phone number was never taken down. Very disappointed.
