They try to sell you insurance, before the referencing is done... I reckon if we would have signed up for an insurance, the referencing would have been smoother... Also they are rude and demanding, not doing their basic responsibilities at all... My employer had to send over the confirmation 5 times, as the company somehow was 'unable to see'. Edit: I have 3 statements saying (from 3 different persons) that the person calling regarding the referencing was rude and incompetent.
