It should be called LANDLORD court because these ppl are not here to help you. They will push you to make a payment agreement with your landlord no matter what. ThEY ARE TOTALLY FOR YOUR LANDLORD. What a disgrace?
My experience was not good at all. When you ask questions and they tell you wrong information and charge you fees. Also the intake clerks get smart with you and the judges are horrible. All you can do is the best you can do with no money and people are getting away with damages. The attorneys are more personal than professional. I went to common court pleas and they give you none thing for your damages or time . But other states pay you for your time.
Everyone in there is really helpful and kind. I didn't feel rushed and they went above my expectations to help with my case.
They are efficient and pretty helpful in helping to negotiate a solution. Only the irresponsible will hate them.
