We spent 4 nights at this hotel. We are told 5 stars but clearly the establishment is not up to standard.
The +:
very professional valets.
The cleanliness of the hotel and rooms
The decoration of the hall
Indoor swimming pool

The - :
Basic welcome without visiting the establishment as in an ordinary hotel. We were not even given the wifi code.
The breakfasts at 35 per person are clearly not at the level: fruit juice in bricks poured into a carafe, industrial pastries and not 1 per person, only 1 choice of bread, badly laid tables etc ... (the big disappointment ). The staff do not have a sense of 5 star service.
The reception at the spa was nonexistent, we ultimately did not perform any treatments.
The roof top with 3 deckchairs that run after and available only by paying reservation.
The restaurant of the Pesceria was unfortunately very sad with its closed terrace. No desire to dine there.
The rooms lack a bit of youth and storage.

In short, not up to 5 stars despite a great location and great potential.
