I went in for an oil change on my RAV4. I worked with my serviced advisor Chad, who walked me through other services that could be beneficial. There was no pressure at all. He walked me through the process and then to the waiting area. Overall people distanced but a few didn't so I sat outside. There was enough options for people. At one point I asked if he didn't mind retrieving something from the car, more of a want not a need and he did with a smile. They finished before the time Chad estimated and he inquired about how I was and answered any questions. The value was worth the drive and because it's Toyota, I feel the services will be done with top quality. Before I was given my keys, my tech gave me information about lights I had inside, that could drain my battery long term. That is helpful. When I went to check out, Chad was helping two other clients, his team member jumped in to assist with getting me out until Chad picked up again. Everyone from driving up to driving of were great. From someone who had been in customer service industry for 30 years, I have a soft spot for CS reps, but I also have high expectations as a customer. I've had to tell big corporations where they failed coming from a customer POV. World Toyota gets 150% from me.
