The entire experience was relaxed, satisfying and fun! A prior experience in years past almost kept me from going to Dr. Delphinium but this time was ideal! Choosing the arrangement was easy with the help of staff; the arrangement arrived at the restaurant on time and in good condition; it was as beautiful as the illustration showed it to be and, contrary to expectations, the value exceeded the price!
