I called for a refill. I asked Sherry if it says "0 Refills." She said, "I just sent the request to your cardiologist for more refills." She did it even bf I asked!!
I asked, "Can my PRIMARY do it too?"
Her answer was not "Yes or No." It was PRECISE & THOROUGH. "It depends on whether you have seen them recently."
