I stayed in the wooded area of the hill for 5 years ... 2 apartment downstairs. 1 at 11633 and one at 11607. when the blocks filled up with Indian and that its smelling the pot all day long and despite numerous complaints nothing has been done ... despite numerous complaints nothing is progressing with our poor little millionaire at the 1st 4 water damage in 1 years. since the time we have bought a house and we fell it perfect happiness.:)ah and without forgetting at our 1st signing of the lease he tells us $ 675 per month and the next day he calls us back to tell us $ 735 per month since we have seen the city. his sums up a lot my experience with eu !!
No complaints. I will never have encountered a single problem with logisco during my leases. Super efficient and present concierge, the administrative service was extremely accommodating and understanding for me. Really, no criticism to be made.
Leaving the Gardens by the bank was our best solution. Customer service, rental service and maintenance are plagued by notorious incompetents. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Insects, overcrowded housing, a former concierge with dubious intentions, hot water that is regularly lacking, very minimal maintenance of the premises ... A true paradise! It is useless to contact me with your false good intentions, because even a formal notice was not sufficient to make you react.
Worst rental company ever. We are threatened to pay fees because our rent is insanitary according to them. My boyfriend and these roommates have been living in this apartment for over 2 years and they have never had a notice before. They come to tell us to clean up, when we are moving in a month and a half and we are in the post-move heavy cleaning and boxes. The concierge came to see "the inventory", he returned barely 2 minutes, just looking at the living room and the kitchen and told us that we had nothing to pick up following a notice that we had received 48 hours before. I'm moving into my apartment not long, it's sure it's a bit of a mess. I advise everyone to avoid.

We have been experiencing major problems in one of the blocks at Jardins de la Rive, and have been for several months.
We are a few tenants who have listed the events and declared them to customer service.
Unfortunately, no improvement, no follow-up and the events just keep coming and going and getting worse.
Your customer service is not even able to enforce your own regulations. We are put to sleep with endless deadlines and follow-ups.
The most recent event: complete theft of all bikes from renters across the block !!! And yes, you read correctly.
We are fed up, we are not respected, we are laughed at and things are starting to do well.
I wanted you to know that things are not going well and that the health and safety of tenants is compromised.
And there I imagine that you will respond with a general robotic message to communicate with your customer service !!!! It has already been done, several times !!!
Very courteous staff who informed themselves from the first contact of my needs. Even though I haven't rented with this company, I won't hesitate to do so in the near future.
