We have been experiencing major problems in one of the blocks at Jardins de la Rive, and have been for several months.
We are a few tenants who have listed the events and declared them to customer service.
Unfortunately, no improvement, no follow-up and the events just keep coming and going and getting worse.
Your customer service is not even able to enforce your own regulations. We are put to sleep with endless deadlines and follow-ups.
The most recent event: complete theft of all bikes from renters across the block !!! And yes, you read correctly.
We are fed up, we are not respected, we are laughed at and things are starting to do well.
I wanted you to know that things are not going well and that the health and safety of tenants is compromised.
And there I imagine that you will respond with a general robotic message to communicate with your customer service !!!! It has already been done, several times !!!
