This company has the worst customer service I have...

This company has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in any company ever. Trying to order incontinence supplies for my mother. They advertise that they work with medicare and that their specialists work with you to get everything approved. I have had to call the company 15 times or more, spoken with multiple supervisors and still have not gotten approval. They have no follow through on their side. Don't assume they will do what they say they will because I haven't seen them do that. I have never felt the need to review a company ever until now because they are so bad. It's a shame I have to leave a star to post this because they deserve 0 stars.

I would just like to say i have been dealing with this medical supply company for maybe 5 years. The first year was a disaster and very uneasy. I had to call every month and answer the same questions to different people and it was very frustrating. " But then i got my own service rep" ( Ms. C Byrnes) and i didn't spell out her full name for privacy reasons since this is for the world to see. But Ms Byrnes is such a Gem that you have on your team. She is such a wonderful woman, she answers every question i have and gives detailed answers. I believe ive dealt with her for 4 years now
She is not only my representative but she is also a person i call my friend. Even tho I've never talked to her but in a professional setting. If she ever needed to talk on a personal level i would be there to lend a ear. In closing she is awesome i thank you for giving me a wonderful rep. And she should get a extra week of paid vacation. Lol
But seriously i wouldn't want to talk to anyone else about my medical supply needs.

I am a professional level healthcare worker, watched the video regarding their external catheter system since I was unfamiliar with it but interested in it for my Mother. I then called and spoke with a customer service rep regarding a couple questions that were not addressed in the video or in the question section on the website. I told him thank you, that i would talk to her Dr. and get back with them. He asked for my mother s name, insurance info, Dr. name , address, etc., assuring me no transaction would take place until i contacted them to go ahead, received a call or fax from the Dr. office. Giving the rep personal info was to determine insurance coverage only. Ok, great, phone call done.
The next day i receive a call from the nurse at my Mother s Dr. office telling me she received a phone call regarding getting an order from the Dr. for the catheter system. She saw no record of a visit or any communication regarding this between my Mother, myself and the Dr. and would not give a verbal order. Immediately following the phone call from the Liberator Company the nurse stated she received a fax from them for the Dr to sign to order the system. I informed the nurse i called the company for some info but DID NOT authorize them to call or request an order.
I feel this company was unprofessional in not honoring the fact that i stated i was not ordering only gathering info. I also feel they were unethical and trying to push an order through because my mother has good insurance and would cover the unit. Very disappointing that a healthcare company, that sounds SO concerned about a quality product and patient care would stoop to this level.
I will not be ordering from this company.

This review is related specifically to my experience trying to order the PureWick system and related supplies -- and to have them covered by Medicare. While the customer service reps on the phone are polite the insurance authorization process is flawed... So much so I begin to wonder how they can advertise in good faith that it is actually covered by Medicare. I initially called to order in December 2020 and as I write this in March 2021 they have yet to resolve the insurance coverage. Despite providing contact information for two doctors which will confirm the condition necessary to cover this device I have had to pay out of pocket several times for supplies over the course of last three months. I call nearly daily to check the status of their progress and have filed a complaint with the BBB. It's just lunacy. No one cares. The customer service reps are aghast when they read back in my file and see how long this is going on but while they are sympathetic no one has yet actually done anything to effect the situation. Their online contact form and chat functions DO NOT WORK. It shouldn't be this hard to get your loved one help. Feeling totally played.

Sandra Foster of Liberator Medical is a very valuable employee for the company. Her work ethic simplifies the process customers have to go through to get medical supplies fulfilled. She is communicative, she has great customer relations, and on-time follow- up with her customers. Sandra was able to resolve a three month ongoing supply fulfillment issue in a matter of days. Thanks you Sandra! Sandra should be recognized and promoted that way her work ethics and tenacity is encouraged and embedded in the companies work culture.

In over 30 years of frustration dealing with a variety of medical supply companies, I've NEVER been happier since I started with Liberator Medical!! The staff has always been professional & caring. Over the past several years, I've taken quite a shine to a specific specialist, "Cleo Byrnes"!! She's absolutely a breath of fresh air & a delight to talk with! I look forward to hearing from her every 3 months because she absolutely makes my day! As much as I truly appreciate Liberator Medical, I appreciate "CLEO" so much more!! Liberator's products & services are great, but you just can't put a price tag on compassion & human interaction!! Thank you Liberator Medical! May God bless all you do!

Amy, handled my order she was very caring and friendly and took her time with me . I had some problems with my Doctor getting the right information and each time I called Amy she was very patient and took time with me and understood and told me dont worry she would get it corrected for me and she did.
