I cannot believe that when you call Menards Corporate office that they will never let you speak to someone and send you to a voice mail that says you should mail your issue into the office. THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED!!!!!
