I will never buy with them. Have a fridge that's 2 years old and it broke. 2 weeks later and still no repair person coming to fix their fridge, which I have to pay for FYI. Hundreds of dollars of food went to waste and I have called in maybe 10 different times to get a date and they say no one date is available yet. Apparently you can only get parts through LG. What a mess.. the agents are useless.
