The medical staff and Dr. Carvajal are great. They all made me feel relaxed, comfortable, and calmed my fears the day of my oral surgery. If I ever need similar services in the future, I will definitely be seeking them with CVOFS! The only issue I had was the the front desk seemed to lack a bit of professionalism with talking about other patients openly. Also, my appt was changed to a later time. When I called I was told, rudely i might add, that someone called me a few days prior. When i got to the front desk I looked at my call log and saw there was no call, the woman at the front desk brushed me off as though I was now annoying her. Front end of any business is like the cover to a book. It helps draw people in. If you have a less the appealing cover, judgments will be made about you entire facility based on that. Thankfully the back medical staff was absolutely amazing, so my opinion quickly changed.
