It was our first time non-Europeen snow. It was amazing! Snowboarding in Marmot basin is so much more back to nature. Back to the essential spirit of snowboarding: just me, the mountain and the snow.
We had a lot of fresh snowfall and the most perfect powder snow. What an experience, but a killer for my legs! What I really liked, was the free skiing and bowl skiing. This is so different than the slopes in Europe. Staff was so friendly and helpfull.
Only thing I disliked: just two lifts had a bar to rest your board on. The other lifts were a leg- and feetkiller. Since there were no bars, you could not let your feet rest. But all the rest was just amazing. We'll be back!
