Just bought a beautiful Gibson firebird studio t in Pelham blue from them and couldn't be more pleased with the service and quality of the store, staff and products. The guitar was immaculately setup and had fresh strings on it even when it was just hanging up, without request, which is rare for most older models in a guitar shop. The prices at the arts are some of the most competitive around as well, this was one hell of a deal! Been coming to this store for a total of 15 years now and have seen the shop and staff grow over the years and blossom into sheer, proffiesonal awesomeness. Special thanks to Fraser and Jack for helping me procure this new addition to my family of axes!
