Totally, completely ignored when pulling into serv...

Totally, completely ignored when pulling into service bay. Made eye contact with two men on my way in, they both ignored me.

Go in, wander around until I find someone who tells me I m in the wrong building....would have been nice to know when I pulled into service bay and waited. Two men still standing outside, do not even acknowledge us.

Edited: Kate & Crew at the Express Lane right service area were AMAZING!!!! Kate should be appointed to train the entire dealership on top-notch customer service because her approach to taking care of clients is not shared throughout their operation.
