The experience I had when buying the car was good,...

The experience I had when buying the car was good, as soon as I need service it was bad. At time of purchase I paid for lifetime state inspection and free oil changes / tire rotations. For the oil changes I can't remember if this was for a few years or lifetime. When I brought it in for the 3500 mile maintenance. They told me over the phone the the fuel additive is not free, that was $60. At this point I feel like they are over charging on the additive to cover the "free" oil change / tire rotation. So I told them not to do the additive, I will buy that my self for $15 and pour it into my gas tank. That following Saturday I take my car in and speak to a service tech who looks up my account and tells me that the maintenance plan I though I bough is not on my account and I will have to pay. So, I went home looked through my paper work and found nothing stating I purchased it. But verbally I was told I purchased it. So I paid for something and have only word of mouth. My loss. I'm happy with the car, I'm unhappy with colonial hyundia of downingtown. Originally I gave them a good rating, but that was right after I bought the car, I should have waited to see how they treat me once fear of losing a sale is gone.
