It was not able to meet our expectations at all. First of all when we reached our room, the door locks was not working. After that our television was also not working. In addition to this, I was not able to decrease the room temperatures and was freezing. We had to call the room service after every 1 hr to fix one by one issue. I don't understand how could a hotel like Taj can have so many service failure all in one room. Very disappointed with the quality. Was not at all worth the money.
