They have tried to kill me 2 times now on separate occasions. One time in the er they tried to give me medications that I am severely allergic to. Every medication I'm allergic to is in my charts, and on a special band they put on my wrist. The second time they tried to give me a lethal dose of another medication because of a miscommunication. If you value your life, I would strongly suggest you go to another health facility.
