U&I has a long history of not completing their projects on time or leaving them because of dispute with customers, wish we knew this before hand, but now we highly recommend to not go to U&I for Interior solutions. They buy very cheap furniture from China and overprice it in India.

Even though they are designing and recreating YOUR house they won't appreciate your slightest involvement in the process. All the hardware they've used is very low quality. I feel like the CEO UttamAditya has got no taste in the quality of furniture or products that he uses, he just cares about making it look good from the outside. They also have a very bad sense of design and practical usability, for example they installed a chandelier right next to a cupboard, so every time I open the cupboard I hit the chandelier by mistake, and this is just 1 example, I can write a 100 small and big example of bad taste and impractical designs.
Don't waste your TIME, MONEY and ENERGY in U&I.
