I've been using Triton Communications, Inc. for many, many years. We get solicited all the time by telecom companies, but I wouldn't trust anyone but them. They're a tight knit company, which I appreciate, because whenever you contact them, they're always happy to help, or can quickly transfer you to someone who can. They stay up to date on current technology, and are always there to update my services when necessary. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my communications needs.

We got our new phone system from Triton just a month or so ago. They did a great job!!! From calling and asking for someone to come out and check our old system to see if it was still working to installing our new system. They were very efficient and got it done very quickly. All the installers were professional and very nice. I would recommend them to anybody looking to get a new or refurbished phone system.
The Techs were super nice, but follow up was lacking! Heck, I put a call in over two weeks ago for service and never heard back, then a couple techs walk in without a heads up from the main office. It appears to be the way a lot of companies are doing business these days.. and Its unbelievable to me. a little communication people..

Our office has had service with Triton for 15 years +. They are very responsive, and have excellent customer service. Whenever we have an issue they are quick to come out and fix the problem, we can always depend on Triton to add they are very knowledgeable when it comes to our phone needs. Nora is great, she records all of our office greetings for holidays, or in general. No need to call Triton I just send an email and they take care of all of our office phone needs right away. All of their team is awesome - Highly recommend their service to anyone.
In my personal life, I like to think of myself as easy going. But in my business life I am ANYTHING BUT. As a small business owner, I do NOT have time for mistakes, or oops, or I thought.... My staff AND my clients are counting on me to get it right the first time, and they aren't forgiving if I don't.
I've been with Triton over 5 years now, probably closer to 10. We transitioned with them from regular hard line phones to VOIP, and then from one VOIP system to another as our business needs changed.
Both were difficult transitions for ME but Triton got it done. They didn't quit until everything came together correctly.
You can't see the future, you can't plan for everything because there are too many variables and nothing is perfect. But you can pick a Vendor who will work WITH you, who won't quit until it's right, and who's dedicated, hard working, available, and helpful. I've called these guys on the weekends and they are there. They get it done. And they don't make me feel bad for being needy, demanding, and frantic.
Once I'm through the transition and it's all smooth sailing, it's easy to forget the struggle and just move along happily with systems that are working EXACTLY the way I wanted. Again, becasue Triton didn't stop until that's where I was sitting.

I called several companies in search of my overhead paging/phone ringer needs and boy am I glad I found Triton Communication. Where do i start.... 1. Darin, one of the owners was very up front and willing to take a look at my needs before blindly quoting, unlike other companies i called. He was also quick to respond to calls and emails. 2. There was one issue with hardware and they quickly resolved it without me having to push the issue. 3. The techs, Jason and Dominic were very professional and easy to deal with. At the end of the day, I'd use them again and would recommend them in a second. Thanks Triton!
