Wow, I wish I knew their bad reputation beforehand. They burned me into getting a water heater, and then tried to burn me into getting a new furnace by red tagging it. I am now familiar with the "red tag season" deal that these companies pull off.. ironically it all happens during winter season. Mike is a liar in the customer service dept. This industry has many people with NO conscience or guilt
