I purchased my new Tacoma from Keith Pierson back ...

I purchased my new Tacoma from Keith Pierson back in 2015. Since then, I have always taken it back to the dealership for all my scheduled maintenance. I have noticed the past 2-3 visits (or over a course of several months) a break down of initial customer service. Initial meaning first point of contact. These past visits I have pulled into the portico area, gotten out of my vehicle and waited to be acknowledged. Yesterday, I stood and waited for 15 mins (somewhat initially to see how long it would take and being patient) before any acknowledgment at all (such as hello , can I help you , we will be right with you , etc.). So I patiently waited until I finally asked the teenage/young porter guy if anyone was going to help me. He apologized and said, sorry, I m the only one out here . Now this was after I had 3 different service advisors walk right past me without acknowledging me with a single word. Bottom line, this is an awesome dealership who once your checked-in , they get you in and out pretty efficiently. However, the initial contact and process leading up to check-in needs some serious help with customer service. Maybe I can recommend just one person who handles first contact with those coming to the service department. Aside from this, my experience was as usual, very good!
