We stayed in one of the pirates and mermaid rooms. The room itself was great, spacious and very fun for the kids. Our only complaints are the arcade was very loud in our room and wasn't shut off till almost 11pm when we were told it would all be shut down by 10pm. Only other complaint that is not so much the establishments fault was the lack of supervision of kids in the water park. We had one encounter in which a boy around 10 years old kicked two of our kids in the face in the activity pool while trying to get themselves onto the floating toys. This boy did not have any parents in the area of the pool. We were otherwise happy with our stay.
