This was my first (and most likely last) stay. The room was nice however when asked for blankets for the pull out, no one ever came. I asked someone at the desk about it he said they were working on it but thought they were out of blankets. How does this happen? Then to not even notify us of it. Unacceptable!! Don't ever forget something there and ask for it to be sent to you. I notified someone the same afternoon that we left had to call back to see if they found what we left and they had. Gave them all of our information and was told it would be in the mail the next day. Received a call two days later asking if we had left items there? They never received my information, then informed I would need to submit an authorization to charge me for postage AND a service charge on top of that. I was specific to contact me of how much it would be before shipping because there were no prices on this form and the value of the items may not constitute the shipping cost. Well on day five of dealing with this called another person and then get a return message that they shipped it without contacting me. I have stayed in many places I understand it is my fault forgetting this item however, with the rates that are charged and the fact they cannot furnish enough bedding for the entire facility and then charge me for shipping AND a service charge!!! I think they couldve expensed out the $18.02.
Not a recommended facility
