Had my Dual Tarriff mixed up, so the readings were...

Had my Dual Tarriff mixed up, so the readings were the wrong way around, brought this to their attention over 5 months ago, with emailed evidence based on their customer support agent via the phone.

5 months later they still havn't fixed the issue, even after multiple phone calls, i'm now in "debt" when i'm not becuase the are the wrong way around, estimated readings are a joke, i'm unable to give my correct readings as doing so will get me a 10k bill the following month.

This has now become a joke, picture evidence of my metre readings and they still can't swap two numbers on the system.

I will be contacting Ofgem next and making a formal complaint the the UK energy regulater, threats of increased direct debits and debt is abysmall.

They shouldn't be allowed to opperate a business, as soon as my 1 year is up I will be switching.
