The upper management and business manager are both very rude and tough to deal with. The manager never even came over when I was having an issue. Once I finally got the car I was so uncomfortable with the situation I didn t even stay to see how it worked. The car itself was supposed to be detailed and was dirty w/animal hair all over the the back. It s a shame that the management is not up to par with the great sales guys. Sales team was very helpful and worked hard to get the deal done.
