Had Door Doctor come quote our garage door and opener to be replaced. Our sales rep Stephanie was so knowledgeable and worked hard to ensure we got the product we wanted in our budget, didn't try to upsell, didn't suggest things she thought we didnt need. Upon install day their tech Alex came out, he was fast, and super friendly, he did an excellent job with the install! Their was a small issue with our product selection, but Stephanie and Alex worked fasted to fix the issue, and ensure we got our door on schedule.

Just had to call them for a maintenance concern, and Kim called back right away wanted to immediately fix the issue, showing that they really do stand behind their service!
