Ordered case for iPhone XS Max. Money debited immediately but no case for a month and a half. Realised it was out of stock when ordering but date for delivery kept slipping.

Customer services are now based in the US and are beyond appalling to deal with. Called UK office in Twickenham and was told nobody there who could help and when I asked what I should do they slammed the phone down.

Called again the next day and the girl admitted that customer services were outsourced and were not very good. Told again that nobody in the UK could help and was refused request to speak to anyone.

On the positive side the case is pretty good but thus is completely overshadowed by the horrendous way Tech21 treat their customers.
