I was hesitant to make an appointment and took a chance at bringing my car in Friday morning.
On my way to the service center, I checked my HondaLink app and noticed that they were fully booked for the day, but still took the chance anyways.
I was approved by a gentleman, didn't catch his name, but he was Filipino, he was nice and always helpful. Then shortly after, George (advisor) came up and assisted me. He was very pleasant and accommodating and was nice enough to squeeze me in and informed me that it will take a couple of hours. I told him that I will need a shuttle to my home and tried to contact their courtesy shuttle but had left already. So he had set-up a Lyft ride for me to and from my home.
Again, this was not my 1st time getting my car serviced at this location, but I do want to REITERATE that the customer service that George and the other gentleman that had assisted me last Friday, was EXCELLENT!!
