I can't say enough about My experience on Saturday August 18th at Jim Ellis Hyundai dealership Service department.....they have it right. My appointment was for routine service on my g80, Carlton who made my appointment wasn t in but thank you for making it easy. Danon provided excellent service from beginning to end. He was outstanding. No slick sales gimmicks, no pressure to buy parts, no attempts at manipulative ploys. Just great, accommodating service. And trust me when I tell you i was in and out In less than two hours danon went above and beyond my expectations thank you for washing my vehicle, my car was so clean. WOW!!

I appreciate everyone especially Charlie she always make you feel like a valued customer thank you
