I m not sure I can find the right words to describe what amazing customer service I received from Rik Hawkins. Not only did he tell me how careful he was with packing and preparing my daughters new Ibanez electric guitar, he even sent a pic. It arrived fast, in perfect condition, tuned and ready to play. Thanks again for the great service and product!
