D - rating with the Better Business Bureau. This company is a bunch of unethical crooks.

The finance guy made a mistake on the contract and attempted to coerce and threaten me to sign a new contract to cover his mistake. They threatened to hold my transfer registration and repossess the vehicle unless I signed a new contract. They continue to call and harass me about this.

In addition they low balled the trade-in value of my vehicle and are now selling it on their lot for double the trade-in amount. Capitalism, yes but also unethical especially during a pandemic.

Steer clear from this dealership! I wish I would have done my homework before purchasing a car from this business.
