I went in about a month ago after buying a set of Infinity component speakers, then quickly realizing installation was going to be much more complicated than I had thought. I explained my situation to the friendly sales representative and had an appointment set up within five minutes. While in there, I took the opportunity to demo some more audio upgrades-this won't be my last time. A few weeks later, I showed up, dropped off my keys, and let them work their magic. I parked there at 9am, and the car was done by 5. Everything works perfectly. There's no rattle, the sound quality is clear as a bell, all wires are completely hidden, and it all 'just works'. I couldn't be happier with their work, and I most definitely will be back.
