As a former employee of the facility and a consumer who has had a elderly parent in another nursing home I can say that Montefiore is a great facility. They are faced with challenges like any facility of the same type, but I can say that the staff there will go above and beyond to make sure the patients and residents get what they need. The management staff is caring and always available to help. They have a nursing supervisor or manager available 24 hours per day 7 days per week who is a good resource to staff and families alike.
