WESCO is good to go! This is our first house so our first heat pump purchase came with a bunch of questions for the sales person who came out and gave an estimate. He had answers for every question we threw at him, so we felt really comfortable allowing the WESCO team to install the heat pump and water heater in our home.

Because this is our first house, we were a bit nervous when the crew showed up and started running wires, etc. With that said, if you have questions we recommend getting the crew chief and the home office (Tamara ) on the phone at the same time to ensure everyone is on the same page. This saves you, the crew and the management team a lot of extra work later.

The leadership of this company does ABSOLUTELY care about the customer. They believe in protecting the customer and the company, so they take very special care to ensure a healthy balance is in place for everyone involved. Great communication from the leaders of this company if you have any questions.
