ZERO customer service! Tried purchasing a RAM list...

ZERO customer service! Tried purchasing a RAM listed on Facebook but after many attempts couldn't get anyone to followup with a few simple questions. Even tried calling a member of management concerning the lack of anyone following up and then I realized why there's ZERO customer service, he had ZERO concern.
